I am one of the leading Fitness, Weight loss and Sports nutrition educators in India and leading Weight loss and Body Transformation Expert in Bangalore. I am the trainer and nutritionist to a host of Film stars, Athletes, and CEO’s. Fitness is a physical and mental state achieved by doing those activities which help you to improve your stamina, strength and flexibility and also by maintaining an ideal body weight with respect to your age and height
