Past experience includes a successful 5 year Consulting practice for MNCs, top Indian private banks and funded startups as a Manangement Consultant for Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, HR strategy, Talent Management, Lean Six Sigma training/deployment, HR and Finance shared services in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai. And earlier spent 14 years working with global brands such as GE Capital, IBM, Fidelity Investments and Deutsche Bank group in management positions in India, US and Europe.
