Well.It's very good choice.BASKETBALL game needs a stamina.so first you should increase your stamina level by doing workout regularly.first start slow and continuous jogging up to 20 mins daily.Then step by step increase the timing and speed gradually.Next BALL handling(choose the ball by age category).Practice... ...more
Well.It's very good choice.BASKETBALL game needs a stamina.so first you should increase your stamina level by doing workout regularly.first start slow and continuous jogging up to 20 mins daily.Then step by step increase the timing and speed gradually.Next BALL handling(choose the ball by age category).Practice with ball like juggling,dribbling & passing.Then start practice in the Basket ball ground like lay up,shooting etc.As you know it is a team game play with the team to improveyour skills.
