Since you're coming from the HR domain, I would insist BA role, which needs most of the skills that you already possess.
Now, that you have partial knowledge on how requirement gathering works, you need to tweak yourself with some business models depending on what type of companies you want to work in.
For starters, Agile Scrum Master, Project management etc. and the tools used.
And once you're into BA, if you know how to UAT, then you would also have a Techno-functional role.

Hi, 2010 it is. Close to 10 years is too long to switch to IT. But there's light at the end of every tunnel.
I insist on a PG or a crash course in domains like Testing or Management and get a certification.
This could qualify you for interviews. The rest can be taken care of later.
