My journey in education has been centered around shaping young minds in the realm of Business and Economics. With a strong academic foundation, I hold an MBA and a BBA, and for the past 16 years, I've been immersed in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for 11th and 12th graders.
Teaching is not just my profession; it's my passion. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in various international schools, contributing to the academic growth of students in cities like Chennai and Hyderabad. Witnessing my students achieve remarkable results, with many scoring A* and A grades, has been immensely rewarding.
My teaching philosophy revolves around making the learning experience engaging and interactive. In the online realm, where I conduct my classes, I allocate 1 hour of focused instruction. This time is not just about delivering information; it's about creating an environment where students actively participate and understand the intricacies of Business and Economics.
To enhance the learning process, I utilize tools such as PowerPoint presentations (PPT) that bring concepts to life. These visual aids help in breaking down complex topics and make them more accessible to students. Additionally, I provide comprehensive notes to reinforce key concepts and serve as valuable study materials.
Assessment is a crucial aspect of the learning journey, and I incorporate tests to evaluate understanding and track progress. These assessments are designed to challenge students and encourage critical thinking, preparing them for the rigors of the IB curriculum.
As I continue on this educational journey, my goal remains to instill a love for Business and Economics in my students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
