"Sanaz is a perfectionist. What that means is this class is more for people who want to take up dancing as a career and are extremely serious about it rather than for the ladies who want to dance for fun. Sanaz makes sure that the performers in her annual function/haflas are extremely good, so if you are looking to have fun, you can forget it. Dance is supposed to free you, but this class gave me anxiety. That being said, the newer instructors have no idea or intention to correct the body posture. I took belly dancing for over a year with them and had constant back ache. No one ever told me my posture was wrong all along! For an entire year! Also, I am flat footed and my knees face inwards. As expected, no one suggested me any changes and termed me as a bad dancer. So much for all the money spent. I have switched studios and I am extremely happy with my new instructors. Now I enjoy belly dancing as it is supposed to be. Good riddance. "

"It was really great knowing u as a dance guide and a good friend too. As i have personally attened the show last year it was very well organised added to that more clarity how the real belly dancing has originated from times immemorial. My experience as a learner was phenominal it was entirely different from the rest of the dance.Initially i was very stiff and the movements became quite tough but then i never wanted to give up because i had great passion for learning belly dance. And I knew that being punctual to the class and doing my sincere home work will help to be a dancer so i did too. As the days passed my muscles began to be flexible and a very important issue was my lower abdomen pain has decreased and my monthly cycle was regular and my stamina for standing one hour in the class has improved tremendously. So i recommend each and every women must experience how each part of the body movement in the belly dancing can benefit."
