Joining a music school or learning as a group is not suitable for a target like yours. It would help if you took up private classes from a teacher ideal to you. Many private guitar tutors provide a demo class. Getting enough time to practice what you learn is as important as learning the techniques from an instructor. So it will also need to plan your practice hours. You need to allocate the maximum possible time available in a day for practising if your target is to master the basics in 15 days. Again it all depends on your potential and grasping speed.
If you are looking for some thorough theoretical knowledge also then I recommend taking to slow and easy But if your doing it only to get some grip on the guitar so you can win in a challenge or impress someone then what I suggested above will be suitable.
