And now I have decided to go for a job but I don't know how to proceed next? Suggest me how to approach next whether I need to do any course or go for consultancy to get a job in IT. And tell whether it is possible to get a job in IT?

Its ok first you decide which area you are strong like development means java, .net, ruby like that or Testing or DB or Datawarehouse(DW). Now a days clouds also having future.
