"It was in Ramesh's class I actually got the confidence that mathematics as such is not difficult as I thought it would be. His teaching method is simple and precise. As a beginner in quants, I was not familiar with basic concepts and moreover, being from a non-engineering background, I didn't have confidence that I could fare well. With the initial 2 to 3 classes only I felt that quants can be possible. He starts from the basics, like the grass root basics. When he starts with a topics, he ensures that all the basic concepts related to the topic is clarified and only then he proceeds further. Another added feature is that he tries to cover the topic in and out with all possible examples and at the same time doesn't get into unnecessary details. After a topic is done, he doesn't stop there. He keeps refreshing the topic the next day and from time to time. For csat, one crucial factor is time management. To make this possible, he gives short cuts so as to solve time consuming problems. Ramesh is an easy to approach person and he always welcomes doubts and clarifications. His teaching is straight, plain, crystal clear and he can present even the complex problems in a simple manner by breaking down the problem into smaller factions and structuring them. Apart from quants, when it comes to general discussions, his interaction is truly motivational and inspiring. Also, Ramesh is one open and broad minded person who is always willing to listen and accept knowledge, be it any source. There have been few times where we students have contradicted his views. If he is right, he justifies it to the best possible. If he feels that he is wrong, he gracefully accepts that. And last, is one tremendous quality of his; his clarity in tone and the confidence. He has this wonderful ability to own the class and make it a lively one and there is lot of student teacher interaction. "

"I owe my success in Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination and eventually to get a rank in the exam to Ramesh Sir's classes. My score in Paper II almost doubled with four months of his tutorship. He is an excellent teacher who identifies the problem areas of each student separately and helps the student to cope with it.
