I am beginner age 24 can I start workout and gym and also please suggest which execise and nutrition to follow my aim is to reduce body fat.

If you have to lose weight, then I would sujjest you that functional workout and mixing with weight lifting is the best for you. You will be given the diet chart but you should follow the diet properly then you would reach your goal.
