I am a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and I am working in automotive sector from past 3 years. I am passionate about teaching, I worked as part time tutor when I was doing my BE. I have also worked part time in an organization called Science Utsav where we used to conduct science workshops for schools in and around Bengaluru. Being a Mechanical Engineer I have good hold on the subjects physics and mathematics. I have been through a learning process where priority is given to read, remember and write. Understanding the concept is not considered as important. Unfortunately even today the same practice is followed and a lot of students feel the negative effects of this process in their later part of life. I emphasize to understand the concept and I try my level best to explain it with the simplest practical examples. I try to tune my lectures based on how the students are receiving it. Along with teaching I prefer to discuss in class which will make the students confident.
I consider learning as an experience which we should enjoy and I try my best not to bore my class.
