I have a profound background in Marketing of foods but have had a deep rooted interest in "wellness & lifestyle disease management". I was and am thoroughly driven and consumed by the basic tenets of "Ayurveda and Yoga" for today's modern lifestyle.
So, I had the privilege of quitting the corporate world and pursuing my interets in both the sister sciences.
For deepening my knowledge into the field, I pursued a full fledged diploma in Yoga therapy for disease management post my Teacher Trainer Course in Yoga(TTC) alongside the Foundational Course in Ayurvedic Lifestyle managment from Kerala.
I'll be happy to share my learnings and further enrich my journey into this oceanic field.
