I started my career as a general trainer at Heart Beat Gym Center, where I gained valuable experience in different exercise techniques and the importance of personalised training.
My love for fitness and helping others achieve their goals has led me to work as a freelancer personal trainer in various fitness centres and apartments. My area of expertise is in weight training, which includes universal exercise weight training and functional training for weight management. I work offline with clients of all ages for an hour-long session. During my sessions, I provide practical classes catering to my client's specific needs. However, I do not offer any certification for the training.
In addition to the training, a proper diet is crucial for achieving fitness goals. While I do not provide nutritional guidance, I always encourage my clients to maintain a healthy and balanced diet to complement their exercise routine. I always strive to provide the best possible service to my clients, and I am dedicated to helping them lead a healthier lifestyle.
