On a professional front, Throughout my career, I have invested energies in devising innovative practices in onboarding & orientation, capability building, restructuring performance incentive plans, focused employee development programs, Payroll and Legal Compliance, HR Research, and fair and respectful people practices. Besides these, I have worked in many organizations as a liaison and compliance expert. I also completed my internship in Corporate Law, where I learned to handle Civil & Corporate Law paperwork. I believe in perseverance and determination. It is my passion to be methodical and HR Data fueled, and I am dedicated to finding immediate solutions to problems that arise at work. Be it for sensitive functional topics and Legal Topics, or be it for Employability Skills, methodology is defined as the follows: • Live Practical examples from the Courts of India. • Live Practical Examples/Case Studies from the Organization. • Group discussion and role-playing exercises • Case Studies, Scenario based/Dummy scenarios • Ice breaker Activities Note: a) Before each training session, all courses will be reviewed to ensure their relevance to the training audience. b) The trainer will ensure two-way participation through group activities and assignments, and relevant case studies will be discussed to help trainees relate the training content to practical scenarios.
