Dear Rishabh I would suggest you to not join any institute for angularJs. Uselessly you pay more for some knowledge that you can avail from private tutors. Secondly, one on one interaction where tutors are focused on your pace of learning and will help you with concepts that u need to understand in depth. Thirdly, while selecting your tutors, please see that the person has worked for some software firm at least and is not just a teacher, so that the person can adequately help you with the real business requirements and can impart a better training than most other sources. Lastly, I don't know whether you are aware or not, please don't base your selection in the years a tutor boasts of in angular, since angular's production version just came around 2-3 years back. So prior to it, not many can claim that they were experts in this relatively new technology. I myself have worked in angular just for 1year and two months now, am as good as anyone out there. So please make a smart choice

This is a relative question again. The basic components involved in web design are scripting, styling and views. Now you can complete the basics of web design in 30days-45days surely. But to cover business requirements and real life needs of web design, would demand more time. You would have to learn HTML5, CSS (and if possible one of CSS preprocessors-LESS or SASS), javascript, jQuery and any of the modern JS frameworks (angular is the most popular, followed by backboneJs and the fast rising reactJs).

This is something I don't understand why do you wan tot write cross platform app for iOS. Can you state your requirement, with little more details as in why would you require that... This is a classic example of trying to put a square peg into a round hole. The best way to develop for the iPhone is with the iPhone SDK and objective C or swift. The best way to develop for Andriod is Java and the Android SDK. Though if you are sure of your requirement of cross platform development. Depends on the technology you are using. Mockups can be of various types depending on whom you are presenting. In most cases we make mockups as screenshots of functional websites which can be done in Photoshop or Pixlr or GIMP or sketch. T The other way is the hard way, where you create the HTML pages without the functionalities and take the screenshots, reduces your work during development period but significantly increases the work during initial planning an d layout and mockup-design. If time is not a stringent constraint then, I like doing it the hard way. The other thing regarding mockups you must know is that, while learning try to classify various styles and screens on the various categories suited to real life requirements. So the question you need to ask here is can you learn photoshop in 30 days and I would say most definitely.
