Myself Dr.Parvathi Jayanth Kumar, an Naturopathic doctor(Bachelor of naturopathy and yogic sciences under Rajiv Gandhi university of health sciences).During me UG course, i have participated in many yoga competitions under the University and have reciecved a couple of prizes for the same.Since my internship days, i have been conducting online and offline yoga classes for different age groups which is still being continued. I am a passionate and adaptable yYogic as well as lifestyle management instructor.I do have the ability to demonstrate and teach techniques for performing basic as well as advanced asanas.My key skills are holistic approach, empathetic communication, mindful listening and positive psychology.
