IdentityI'm a calisthenics athlete who has 3 years of experience in calisthenics. I'm ready to provide online classes (offline classes are exclusive). I can teach my clients on how they can build good strength and an appealing physique from the comfort of their own home. I formulate training programs according to their needs and goals. I'm not known professionally or I haven't really taken any fancy course as such, but I do have experience. Which is something that most people lack, and I'm ready to share these experiences with my clients and I'm ready to provide them advice and ways they can strengthen themselves. It's not always about the physical, but it involves the mental too, so I'm ready to encourage my clients and push them past their limits. They'll end up accomplishing things they never thought they'd be able to do.
Not everyone needs a gym, if you put in the right mind and effort, you can build a strong and powerful physique starting from the floor of your room.
