Now, I m planning to move in AWS and trying hard to do courses in it, Can anybody working on AWS let me know if one can get job in AWS wihtout working in project?

Which is better para or full virtualization?

Full Virtualization is better. Because, in para you cannot create a virtual instance inside a virtual machine.
