IdentityI am teaching different courses for the last few years and I believe in content or material is as important, if not more than the actual work of teaching. For every one hour time , you put in the process of teaching, you have to invest at least 2 hours in preparing the content needed for teaching. For the present generation of impatient learners who need instant gratification, you have to plan the content to meet those requirements.
i experimented with that idea and i managed a lot of classes, where in one hour of class I hardly teach for 10 minutes and the students work for the remaining time by themselves and leave the class with a sense of achievement.
