Hi Chaitanya ,
I personally believe there is no 1 best center, you would surely get a list of 4-5 institutions which are good enough by doing a quick research on Google. But I personally recommend you to not just go by the Brand name of the institution, instead first look out for these 3 things :-
1) Take up a demo session from all the instructions & check the caliber of the trainer (the most important thing). From my experience I have seen that institutions with big brand names are today not having that effective trainers, whereas institutions that have just started have very effective trainers.
2) Syllabus :- It is very important that the right syllabus is covered in the DM Course, ask for a syllabus copy to be emailed from all institutions you visit. Do a quick analysis of that & figure out which is an ideal syllabus for you.

3) Course Fees :- Many Institutions have just hyped the market & are charging a really extravaganza amount in the name of placements & internships (which i think shouldn't be a problem to any candidate who has enough knowledge as there are so many opportunities available). I think the Ideal Course fees must be between 25,000 to 35,000 for a duration of 2-3 months. I strongly recommend not to pay anything above 40K unless you see an extra-ordinary trainer.
