"The classes are simple and easy to learn. The basic speaking structure of Kannada language would be learned. This helps in the long run as one could easily understand what other native Kannada speakers converse. As far as speaking is concerned, the learner would have to take effort on his/her part to practice his/her speaking skills by practising lessons & materials provided or by talking to other Kannada speaking people. Meenakshi madam is a very considerate person. She was flexible to re-schedule the classes at very short notice. As far as teaching is concerned, she is very supportive and encourages one if he/she grasps the tenets of language. Focus is given on both the grammar and pronunciation. An ample amount of practice material is also given. Lot of it is associated with one's day-to-day conversations. Since I am from Kerala, materials were even provided on conversations with their respective Malayalam translation. Overall, an excellent class provided one puts in the effort to practice the speaking skills learned. "

"I am so glad that I chose maam as my kannada teacher. I knew to speak a few sentences but now am able to form sentences and converse to a large extent. Maam is extremely patient and guided me as I kept making mistakes. The course structure is also perfect, as it picks up concepts gradually. Also maam lets you go along at your own pace which really helped me grasp the previous lesson, ask a lot of questions and then only move forward. "In very simple words – I feel lucky have to a teacher like Meenakshi ma’am. Being non-native, I was struggling with spoken Kannada after staying 11 years in Bangalore. With help and support of ma’am, in just 30 days, not only spoken but she has helped me with reading and writing the language. I never thought that I can start reading and writing Kannada with so much ease in less than a month. Her teaching techniques and compassion makes it easy to grasp the language. It takes patience, endurance and talent to be a teacher, but she made it look so easy day after day. She has been very flexible and shown extreme calm while teaching.
