I was a teacher educator for government school teachers and helped them in planning their day to day lessons along with assisting them in pedagogy of English, math and science. Later I shifted as a full time math teacher for grades 6-10. My key skills are that I communicate in different languages according to the students. Apart from that I take time to understand students and help them according to their level of learning rather than just teach them what they cannot process well. My main motive of teaching is to make students understand the concepts rather than making them memorize and my key role would be to facilitate their learning and make them learn skills oriented towards particular subjects rather than rote learning the given portions for exam purposes.
