Cognitive achievements and life skills are strongly interdependent with academic achievements relying heavily on abilities such as self-discipline and motivation, self-esteem, self-control for academic tenacity.
The non-cognitive factors such as behaviour's skills, attitudes and strategies beyond content knowledge and academic skill are necessary for sustained and significant improvements in learning outcomes.
It is hence evident that psycho-social competencies such as resilience, self-esteem and problem solving are vital in helping everyone move up.
Identifying the results and measuring them are based on learning outcomes in the skills developed and attitudes that were changed.
