IdentityRich experience of 12 years in health and fitness and has helped several of his clients in weight loss, weight gain, bodybuilding, body sculpting and general fitness. He also has experience in training senior citizens to help them gain mobility, stability and balance. His training includes, bodybuilding, free weights, body weights, yoga, kick boxing and cardio. His strength lies in having a varied program for his clients to keep them motivated for years to continue to keep working, which is one thing that every human being wants to avoid.
