Passionate and experienced musician with over 12 years of on-stage performance experience with several musicians and bands. I am also adept in composing and arranging music. With my Grade 8 certification from Rockschool UK, I have a clear grip on theoretical and practical musical concepts. I have been teaching and designing curriculum for more than 8 years now and in my classes I bring forth my motivated attitude and unparalleled love for music. My students experience fun and joy while learning music because of the uniqueness in my teaching methodology, the base of which is actually learning to transmute emotions into their playing. • Course Curriculum : Below are the high level areas covered in detail gradewise: Music Theory (Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, Vocals, Drums)  Music Notation  Music Harmony  Band Knowledge  Band Analysis Practical (Bass Guitar and Keyboards)  Songs of all genres  Technical Work (Scales, Arpeggios, Chords, Chord Voicings and Stylistic Studies)  Ear Training (Melodic, Rhythmic and Harmonic Recall)  Improvisation and Interpretation  Ensemble preparation • Teaching Methodology via Lesson Plans: Course curriculum and lesson wise class notes provided in PDF format. Also, below is the road map executed for a 1 hour class: i) Warm Up - 10 minutes ii) Technical Exercises - 15 minutes iii) Sight Reading - 10 minutes iv) Improvisation - 15 minutes v) Ear Test - 5 minutes vi) Pieces - 5 minutes • Students’ Feedback : Students get hooked to my teaching methodology as I am proficient in developing curriculum, introducing instruments, evaluating them in their learning and showing them how fun music can be with ensemble coaching.
