At Lenskart, I leverage my skills in PySpark, Python, Machine Learning, and SQL to build and improve personalization and recommender systems that enhance the customer experience and increase conversion and retention rates. For example, I developed a face width and frame size determination tool that reduced returns by 14% and a curated list of products for every customer that boosted conversion by 10%. I also work on cold start recommendations, category page re-ranking, and similar product recommendations, using various techniques such as association rules, collaborative filtering, and deep learning. I have a strong background in data science and machine learning, with previous experience at Doubtnut, Snapdeal, and Reverseng.com, where I worked on organic chemistry diagram parsing, similar and complimentary product recommendations, and natural language generation models for chatbots and voice assistants, using computer vision, natural language processing, and clustering algorithms. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhi Nagar, and I am a certified Indian Memory Champion.
