The best thing one can do is continuous reading. Reading doesn't mean novels or heavy books; even newspapers are one of the best mediums to improve grammar. Try reading good books, paper (THE HINDU preferably) and watch good interviews of prominent personality. Once one is in frequent contact with the language, improving grammar is a straightforward task.
