Over 35 years of experience in Weapon Systems Integration Design on Military Helicopters of Rotary Wing Research & D Centre (RWDC).
Tasks those were carried out in service:
- Armament / Weapon systems acquisition, development, testing, and Certification.
- Deputy General Manager and Chief systems engineer level experience on the projects:
• Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH- Dhruv, Rudra)
• Light Combat Helicopter (LCH)
• Light Utility Helicopter (LUH)
- Extensive expertise across the all the Projects with respect to :
• Life cycle acquisition
• Systems development policy, processes, procedures and systems engineering application
• Systems integration; technical management; test planning and execution
• Risk assessments in air vehicle, Weapon Systems development and reliability/integrity programs.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have completed my M.Tech in specilised area of Air Armament. There were no faculty members in Hindustan aeronautics Management Academy (HMA), which is of training institute of HAL for providing training to personnel from HAL and Defence forces.
I was the only person with M.Tech in air armament because this I was given the responsibility of training the personnel from HAL as well as from defence forces.
I have more than 30 years of experience teaching.
