In my words, SEO is like, going to a war and result depends on your preparation before engaging. It is very important to be ready for a better & fruitful results. You have to be ready with your resources and tools in your inventory before going to the SEO War and most importantly "SEO Strategy", without which you'll definitely fall.
I compared SEO with a War as; in my opinion SEO is all about your Website Structure and Popularity. Now, in more details you can say: On Page optimization & Link Popularity. Hence, if a person who got a lot of resources from Real Estate niche and done lot of projects for Real Estate Industry can boost your Real Estate website's presence and place it on the first result in no time. However, don't overlook the normal spending time, as it may get penalized by Google. Hence, don't rush it. Keeping all factors in mind, it will be easier for him to getting high PR links in Real Estate Industry.
Hence, a person with more contacts with bloggers, seo experts, webmasters, web developers, influencers, content writers can dramatically improve your website's presence in SERP's.
As we all know content is king but is it possible to get 1st rank for a brand new website with all necessary & optimized content in it?
