IdentityWith 15+ years of experience in fitness as a career I have worked across different areas of fitness. Having trained over 1500 clients across India, US and Middle East the experience of training different varieties of people is my strong point. My main areas of expertise is rehabilitation (post injury), preventive training, sports specific performance training, geriatric training (50 years +), Kids wellness, trigger point therapy, transformation.
I have broadly worked with variety of injury rehabilitation like ACL/PCL REHABILITATION, SCIATICA & SLIPPED DISC REHABILITATION, KNEE, HIP, SHOULDER REHABILITATION. Having successfully worked with these issues, I have successfully managed to avoid surgeries for a lot of my clients. My happy clientele have a lot of people who have been training with me for over 8 years.
Apart from this, I have conducted over 10,000 hours of group training, wellness seminars across age group and geography, corporate wellness, old age wellness seminars. Being one of the very few VEDIC NUTRITIONIST, I adapt and prescribe the local style of eating and food patterns with powerful local ingredients
Being an engineer by degree and profession with over 10 years of corporate experience (parallely ran 2 professions together) I strongly believe in building strong processes to bring change in the lives of people by adapting science backed training methodology
