This is a Leadership Summer Camp for children from 8yrs to 14yrs.

The camp includes learnings onÂ

1. Public Speaking

2. Communications

3. Leadership skills and Team Work

4. Personality Development

5. Time Management

6. Etiquette & Grooming

We use various techniques like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Activities, Visual Aids, Assignments to reinforce learnings.

Learning Outcomes will include

1. Teamwork is very important

2. Leadership needs a mindset

3. Speaking to the public is easy

4. A good Leader needs to have good habits and etiquette

5. Time Management is very important in Leadership

This Program was designed to bring about the mindset of a Leader in our children. There are two levels to KIDZ 4 LEADERZ â?? Level I and Level II. It has been successfully running for the past 4 years in Bangalore and over 250 children have been trained. Creating the Leadership mindset through various tools and learning the skills to develop and maintain a Leader-like attitude while growing up - is the goal of the program.

Through the 2 Decades of working with multiple Corporates across the Service industry, FMCG and IT, life gave me several opportunities and introduced me to my true purpose Ã¢?? This makes it easier for me to design bespoke training programs for every company I consult with.
I commenced my freelance training career with analyzing and creating short Programs for IT start-ups in Business Etiquette & Communication, English Coaching, Team building workshops.
Soon I learnt that, Ã¢??what got me here wonÃ¢??t get me thereÃ¢?? and I consciously engaged in self-training and constantly took on challenges which drove me to upgrade my skills vide certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP Practitioner and Coach), PACE - Being an Entrepreneur, International Train-The-Trainer certification in the Quantum Leap program through Success Resources Ã¢?? a T.Harv Eker series, Life Coach Certification. I am an avid student of the Landmark series. I continue to upgrade my learnings through various training programs as I truly believe as a Trainer that Ã¢??If you are not growing, then you are dyingÃ¢??.
This has placed me in a unique category. I amply qualify by experience and credentials; and conduct trainings / workshops in Leadership development programs for the Corporates, Open Forums and the youth; International Inter-cultural Business Etiquette workshops ; Business Communication including Email /Call etiquette, English language coaching; Public Speaking, Presentation Effectiveness, Diversity Training, Team Management & Customer-centric programs. Needless to say, the results are driven through a holistic approach using accelerated techniques that help people retain the learning and achieve goals in lesser time.
