I have more than 25 years of violin playing experience. Have given numerous concerts in India and internationally. Have won many awards including the special award from Lord Mayor of Sheffield, UK and the best violinist award for my violin performances. I had the privilege of becoming the first and youngest Indian violinist to feature twice on BBC, Radio, UK.
I'm the founder violinist of multi-genre band, Karthik Subramany Live consisting of leading professional musicians from diverse music backgrounds.
Carnatic-Jazz, Pop, Bollywood, Indian film, Indo-Western Indian classical Fusion band available for concerts at corporate, wedding, private party events.

I have taught students of all levels, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Indian Classical/Carnatic music. I conduct violin classes at my residence and online to students worldwide via Skype.

Violin playing is taught in Indian Classical/Carnatic music and students are taught as per the Karnataka Board exam syllabus. Carnatic music theory is also taught and students are trained to take up the Junior and Senior grade exams.

Basic violin playing is taught in Suzuki method for Western violin.

Students are also taught as per the Trinity College of London Syllabus and trained to take the practical violin Grade exams.

Western Music theory classes are also conducted for students aspiring to take different Grade exams of world renowned Trinity College of London.

I also conduct online violin classes for Carnatic and Western via Google Hangouts, Skype. Individual attention is given for students and one-one personalised teaching is followed for students aspiring to learn Indian/Western Classical.

I have been teaching violin to students all over the world and have trained more than 200 students.
