Joshua Mathew Ajith

I hold a bachelor of arts in western classical music, with a minor in music pedagogy, which has provided me with a strong foundation in music theory, performance, and teaching techniques. My experience includes teaching music to students aged 4-13, focusing on keyboard instruction over two years. I have also provided online music tuition, adapting my teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. As part of my academic journey, I taught a highly successful introduction to film orchestration course to a class of 73 students, receiving unanimous praise for its engaging and interactive structure. Additionally, I performed as part of a wind chamber orchestra for two years, which honed my collaborative and performance skills. My teaching philosophy emphasizes connecting with children by leveraging their interests to guide and enhance their learning experience. I excel at creating an encouraging environment that fosters curiosity and growth. This approach has been shaped by my early performance experiences, including a memorable recital at the age of 12 for the polish ambassador in kuwait. With a passion for music education and a proven ability to work with children, I am dedicated to inspiring a love for music while nurturing each student’s unique potential.
