IdentityMy name is John I am a fitness trainer from past 10 years.
Just like everyone say I want to go gym and build body.
Even I'm the same guy started the gym at 2010.
But very soon gym got addicted and more passionate and keen to learn about workouts.
This is how I came into fitness profession.
My learning and knowledge I have gained from very good experience people's.
These day you can't get that training from others I was blessed to have a trainers and tutors for training me the skills and knowledge from there experience.
From there I started training as a general trainer.
