I had been a part of the employee engagement team at ANSR source Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore for a year and I decided to convert my talents and knowledge into my personal venture. I have started training under impressions from January 1st 2016. In a month since I began i have partnered with a college and a company. My training approach includes: Understanding the needs of the clients/attendees Determining an objective Creating a module Conducting the training sessions Conducting post training analysis Collecting feedback My ability to communicate efficiently has proved to be my key skill for my success. I have won a number of personality contests in and around Bangalore. My initial partnership with a college and a dynamic company has given me experience with different individuals of different age groups and backgrounds. I ensure that my training sessions are a two way learning session with equal inputs from me and my participants. I use the latest in technology and software to keep up with the ever growing world of technology. Interacting with individuals and helping people grow is my prized takeaway from all my sessions. I believe that every person has a great personality that is often subdued or hidden, I believe that my sessions make a great individual greater.
