I am a professional Badminton Coach and been coaching children for the past 5 Years. I am coaching in a nearby school thus helping the School as well as interested children for taking up the game of Badminton seriously as their career. Few of my students have achieved laurels in the school competitions and few have migrated to higher levels of the game in pursuit of taking this as a professional career. The training given by us to the students are in line with Badminton World Federation (BWF) and major focus during the initial stages will be on fitness, stamina that are required for the game. Children from the age of 5 and above can start their preliminary training. Children starting from age 5 and above will be introduced to the game gradually so that they gain natural affinity towards the game thus avoiding initial burn-out factor. Badminton training includes guiding the children on their nutrition and suggestions will be given on type of food they need to have during the training periods and their sleeping and rising habits.
