Immersed in a rich and disciplined environment, I developed a profound understanding and passion for tabla, which eventually led me to work as a tabla accompanist at Kannada University Hampi. This role allowed me to hone my skills and collaborate with various artists, further deepening my musical insights. Currently based in Bangalore, I am actively involved in a diverse range of musical activities, including recordings, TV shows, and concerts. These engagements provide me with platforms to showcase my talent and collaborate with fellow musicians, enriching my musical journey. Amidst these performances, my commitment to nurturing the next generation of tabla enthusiasts remains unwavering. I take great pride in sharing my extensive knowledge and experience with students, helping them develop both technical proficiency and a deep appreciation for the art form. My teaching philosophy blends traditional techniques with modern approaches, ensuring that students receive a well-rounded education. By incorporating the discipline and rigor of the gurukul system with contemporary methods, I create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
