"I contacted IDP for my application process to one of the universities in UK. I was asked to meet Neha who was my counsellor and she is the one helped me through my process. She is very patient and gave me the best solution and options possible. It was a slow beginning for me as it was difficult to manage between my work and the application process but really went on smooth thereafter. It was indeed great experience with IDP and the counselor's have good knowledge about the application and visa processes and the documents required for it. One feedback that I would give is with regards to the bank loan sanction letter where there was miscommunication from IDP asking me to show required funds in the account and after showing the funds I had to wait for 28 days and then had to apply for priority visa which cost me more money. Otherwise IDP has been great in supporting me with the whole process. My special thanks to Neha for her time and support provided while at work and during her leisure time. I wish IDP all success and keep up the success rate of visa acceptance. Thank you. "
