Hi Mukesh, If you would like to do your MBA, you need to first look into your career goals and aspirations. Also see waht is your passion. MBA can be done from Top Institutes like IIM's or even in other places or also on correspondence. However full time courses will be better choice than correspondence. If you do it in Top institutes its worth the effort ... if its otherwise ... then we need to looking to you motive and other aspirations and your considerations to choose HR as a Career before we decide if you will do it and where to do the course? Also your cost affordability for your MBA. After analysing the above you can decide if you wnat to do MBA or without MBA If you will be able to make a career or not. Its important you understand the complete picture before you decide.
