"He knows the basics of yoga and he knows how to put it in front of his student. Hiranyakesa is a calm and composed yoga guru one would ever come across. He would guide one very calmly throughout the asana practice without making one feel exhausted or uncomfortable about it. Myself being a yoga teacher I learnt quite a few things from this yoga teacher here, one would never go empty handed from his teachings. "
