"The trainer has duped me and not responding to calls. She took advance of 15K for 12 classes and did not finish. She has been irregular and inconsistent. She always had an excuse to miss classes. She has not returned the money for my remaining classes and is absconding. I'll be taking strict action on her. I'm sure she does this with other customers too. "
