We begin with meditation , and performing of warm up which involves exercises to entire part of the body, later we start with surya namaskar- which is basically power surya namaskar which activites entire body and helps you to be more active, stressful, helps in weight loss and prevent weight gain. performing of various pranayamas i.e meditations which helps to calm down your body and increases memory power, concentration and relaxing of entire body and expending of lung capacity. performing of various Asanas which involve standing, sitting and sleeping asanas . The asanas performed are Chandra asana , garudasana , Natraj asana , dhanur asana, sarvang asana , halasana , makarasana , manduk asana , sethu bandh asana , the list goes on as you will be able to learn more than 50 asanas . The main aim is to keep your body fit without any health issues .
