"I have started learning from Harish since 5 months. Prior to that, I was just a beginner with some incoherent classes of 2 to 3 months and 6 months again so I might not be able to comment very much on technicality. Harish is a very good motivator. He gives daily lessons and takes a recap once in a while. He keeps a track of which stage you are and also encourages you to do so. Most of the students or teachers emphasise on learning movie songs but I am passionate about learning music as a whole and so are many students. Harish is an excellent guide for that. He starts from zero and asks you to give a quick test on how you are doing even from the first class. He has a progressive way to teach and gives lessons according to how one progresses. The classes timings could always be adjusted if you face any problem or you can even compensate for a missed class. Size of class is small and you can get Complete attention while learning which is not found everywhere. He also encourages to sing while playing guitar to improve your combination and always have a idea that where you'd be wrong in playing. As for students who want to learn songs he also teaches a lot of good songs along the exercises varying from metal to Indian. I would strongly recommend that if anyone if looking for a friendly teacher Harish is the right person. I have had two teachers prior to this who were nice but had some drawbacks. Harish is best teacher for guitar in Bangalore and also one of nicest person I know. "

"Harish is a down to earth guy who is passionate about playing guitar. He is an amazing guitar teacher and his passion in playing guitar reflects in his teaching too. I've been going to his classes for the past 8-9 months and can vouch that he has helped me improve my guitar playing immensely. His classes are packed with fun and I look forward to attending each of his classes. His method of teaching is also unique; it's mixture of theory, practice and fun. He is also very patient and understanding which I believe are the virtues of a good teacher. He'll hear out any concerns I have and will try to address it immediately. My only regret is that I didn't join his classes much earlier. Overall,I feel lucky to have him as my teacher. "

"I started learning guitar from Harish, with absolutely no idea or knowledge of music or any instrument. Harish took me in as a student, and started of from scratch with the basics of guitar. Then slowly took me along scales, chords, music theory, etc. In 10 months now, I am well versed in playing scales, chords, blues and metal songs confidently. The best part about Harish is whenever I go to him with some problem, say barre chords or pull offs, he devises finger exercises on the fly, practicing which for a week, I can see major improvements in my playing skills. Harish is a very encouraging and inspiring teacher. He is well versed and teaches beginners and senior students with the same level of dedication and enthusiasm. His knowledge in theory and also in playing lead and rhythm is superb. Man, you should see him shredding! Looking forward to more exciting new learning on the guitar and if you too are looking for a guitar instructor, then Harish is the one I would strongly recommend! "

"It's been a great experience learning from Harish, His knowledge in playing lead and rhythm is remarkable. His approach to reach the students is outstanding whether its a beginner or has been playing since a long time. He has excelled in guitar in both theory and practical. "Harish is an experienced and talented teacher and player. He tackles each student's problem areas very thoroughly. The level of the student does not matter. He has excellent grasp on Music theory as well as many advanced guitar techniques such as sweeping, economy picking, just to name a few. I joined Harish's class when I had been playing guitar already, for about 4-5 years. Harish immediately pin-pointed my problem areas (theory, right-hand technique etc.) and devised some exercises for me to improve upon them. I can say that within a span of 7-8 months, I have improved quite a lot. I've unlearned many bad practices and learned some cool new stuff under his guidance. Apart from being a great teacher, he is a fun guy to hang out with. Instead of being a routine, Harish's classes a thing to look forward to, every week! Thanks Harish! "

"Harish is a wonderful teacher. He knows how to solve each individual student's problem, be it at any level. I joined Harish's classes when I had been playing already for about 4-5 years. He instantly recognised my problem areas (mainly music theory and my right hand technique) and told me to systematically overcome them. It's been around 8-9 months now, and already I can feel a lot of improvement and control in my playing. Apart from being a great teacher, he is a friendly and fun guy. "I started learning guitar from Harish 4 months back with no knowledge or background about music, as I started with my first class it was very well put to me about the theory of music and the importance of learning guitar or any musical instruments in a way a beginner could understand. I have been thought theory and practicals simultaneously which is making my learning easier and Interesting. In 4 months I have been able to pic up basic topics like scales and exercises. Harish is one of the best teachers till now I have come across. He is very professional, punctual, strict with his teaching and ethics he follows in dealing with the students. Also I would say he is one of the talented musicians I have come across as I saw his performance with his band Hamsadhwni. I would give 10/10 to Harish in teaching and his professional ethics. There is been a lot of improvement in me since I started my first class. Looking forward to learn new things and enjoy playing. Finally Harish is one teacher I would recommend for the people who are passionate and dedicated to learn guitar. Happy learning! And thank you Harish. "

"I've been taking lessons from harish for almost 2 years.I initially went to him to help me work out some solos in some songs.harish took the time to learn the songs in between our lessons and came prepared with ideas and lessons based on those songs. I really appreciated that he was taking an obvious interest in what I wanted to learn. I also got MUCH more than just those solos. Harish was really helpful in helping me understand the theory behind the songs and how to improvise and build on them. He also gave me good, practical exercises to help me build my technical skill. His patience and lighthearted nature make him a perfect instructor for all skill levels, and I know he is the perfect. "

"Mind blowing teacher, he is a friend more than a teacher I can say. He has so much of knowledge n patients in teaching guitar. I initially had lots of difficulty in playing guitar and was very slow in picking up the exercises. He guided me to learn it in a systematic way. "Joined as a student to Harish with literally "zero" knowledge in music and guitar. But his simple and friendly gestures helped me to learn a lot about music and guitar. One very important quality to be mentioned about Harish is his patience. I initially had lots of difficulty in playing the guitar and was very slow in picking up the subject. He properly guided me to learn it in a systematic way. Before beginning any new lesson, it is very important to activate your prior knowledge about the subject. Harish often did this by engaging in discussions with the students. As a teacher he always makes sure that the student was able to grasp what is being taught in the class and the student must be very comfortable in the basics. He always stress on the perfectness in the outcome and helps you to take your time to attain that point of quality. In a nutshell, Harish is one of the best teacher and mentor I have ever had. "

"I know Harish as an acquaintance: we must have met only a handful of times, and luckily in all our encounters, there was a guitar handy. So I've seen Harish play from close quarters and I've also heard some of his recorded instrumental work. From these I have learned that Harish has great feel and is adept at many styles. Now although he is a teacher, he is the kind of teacher who believes one should not stop learning. He lives up to this ideal as he keeps learning new things and improving at the guitar. I know this because with every chance encounter we have, Harish seems to be becoming even better at his instrument. Once again I'll mention that I've not met Harish in the capacity as a student, but if you judge a teacher by how much they know about the subject, then Harish is a good teacher. "
