Geetanjali P.

Ms. Geetanjali, a postgraduate from NIFT Mumbai, transitioned fully into yoga teaching seven years ago after completing her Yoga Teacher’s Training with Atma Darshan Yogashram in Bangalore and Hatha Yoga Yatra from Bihar School of Yoga in Munger. Since then, she has worked with diverse age groups, including children, teenagers, adults, special needs children, and senior citizens.
With over 20 years of yoga practice, Ms. Geetanjali has grown stronger, more flexible, and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires her to live each moment mindfully. She incorporates mindfulness teachings to children using simple and effective approaches, focusing on preserving the tradition of yoga in its purest form while adapting it to contemporary contexts to engage various age groups.
As a mother of two boys, who are her first students and teachers, Ms. Geetanjali adds her unique style and improvises techniques to suit young minds.
