Your question is highly relevant. Any training without measurement is redundant. For a learner, it does not matter what medium he or she is learning as far as the willingness to learn is there. The facilitator should measure the entry level behavior, provide feedback to the trainee, offer the training... ...more
Your question is highly relevant. Any training without measurement is redundant. For a learner, it does not matter what medium he or she is learning as far as the willingness to learn is there. The facilitator should measure the entry level behavior, provide feedback to the trainee, offer the training and must measure once again at the end to project the extent of change that has occurred. There are scientifically designed tests to measure the effectiveness of training, which should be adopted in all trainings.

A good student knows his/her role thoroughly. Each role has rights and duties and one can claim the rights, provided, one is able to exercise the duties.
