IdentityI have over ten years of experience in dance and fitness. I am proud to be a certified Zumba and Strong Nation high-intensity work instructor. I started teaching dance during my college days, and since then, I have trained over 25,000 clients from various countries like India, the US, Arabian, and Western countries.
I have always had a passion for teaching, especially in dance. I left my nine-year career in IT companies to pursue my dream of teaching dance full-time. My expertise lies in teaching Zumba classes, dance fitness, personal training and weight loss programs, and wedding choreography. My sessions are typically an hour long and cater to individuals aged seventeen to forty.
My sessions begin with a warm-up cardio-based workout, progressing into the main workout before concluding with a cool-down. I also add Indian regional songs to add flavours to the sessions. I offer customised personal diet plans to ensure my clients receive the best results from my sessions. My sessions are designed to be attended by beginners and advanced-level individuals of all ages. I focus on combining yoga, Zumba workout, and live, fun-filled sessions that keep my clients engaged and motivated.
As a dance instructor, I find immense joy in seeing my clients transform themselves, not just physically but also mentally. Dancing is not just a form of exercise but also a way to release stress, improve mood, and boost overall well-being. And this is what I aim to achieve through my sessions.
