I have recently completed the 3-month-regular "Yoga Instructor's Course (YIC) at Eknath Bhavan from "S-VYASA Yoga University'', Bengaluru. 🙏I can teach you the Kriya (mainly :: Jalaneti/Sutraneti, Kapalabhati, Agnisara, Nauli, & Trataka), Yogasana, Pranayama, and Meditation in OUR DAILY, ONLINE YOGA & PRANAYAMA CLASSES which focuses on an ‘OVERALL HEALTH (physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual/pranic) ENRICHMENT’ along with ‘PROMOTING THE LIFE THAT IS CAPTURED WITHIN US’. 🙏These are the sessions with my LIVE, ONLINE :: DEMONSTRATION synced with a scheduled specific day's recorded audio of mine, with each & every step said clearly in KANNADA, HINDI, & ENGLISH. 🙏Currently, there are TWO :: 🙏'40-minute Online Yoga Sessions (5AM & 6PM)' and 🙏"FREE"(to our participants with an existing subscription)-'20-minute Online Pranayama Sessions (7AM & 5PM)' that are organized daily from Monday to Friday in a week. 🙏WE ALSO ORGANIZE DAILY 'HEART EARNS'-HEARTBEAT BASED MEDITATION CONTEST WHEREIN THE PARTICIPANTS WIN THE CASH PRIZE DAILY 🙏
