Has any one come across therapies that have combination of logic and spiritual learnings?

I have tested and found that expressive art and music therapy can creatively combine logic and spiritual learnings. The transformative power of the creative process helps to crystallize intelligence and nurture spirituality.

You can be guided judiciously to pick tiny self-improvement goals, which are gradually increased incrementally, to succeed in lasting transformation.
