Overview

I am a BAMS doctor and did MSc in yoga therapy from Manipal University. I also completed RPYT (prenatal yoga trainer) from a1000 yoga academy.
I am working as a yoga instructor or therapist from past 11 years. As I am a doctor I can additionally help in resolving general health issues and guide with appropriate yoga asanas and pranayama.
Classes will be conducted online for all age groups.
Classes to maintain general health or particularly to some health issues ( therapeutic yoga) mainly postnatal weight management, obesity, asthma, pcod ,thyroid, BP,diabetes, backache etc.
