I’m a K11 Certified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience in guiding individuals toward their fitness goals. My expertise lies in personalized fitness training, strength building, and helping clients achieve sustainable lifestyle changes through structured workout routines and nutritional support.

My journey as a trainer began in some of the most recognized fitness centers in India. I started at Meridian Fitness, Bangalore, where I developed and led fitness programs for a wide range of clients. I also trained at Bombay Iconic Fitness, where I further sharpened my skills in strength training, body conditioning, and client transformation programs.

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from different age groups and fitness levels—from beginners aiming to get fit to athletes working on performance improvement. My approach is always customized, taking into account the client’s goals, limitations, and lifestyle preferences.

I offer online personal training sessions that last between 40 minutes to 1 hour, focused on practical, high-impact workouts. My sessions are fully live and interactive, ensuring real-time corrections, motivation, and progress tracking, just like in a physical gym environment.

In addition to training, I also provide diet and nutrition guidance tailored to your fitness goals—whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or endurance. I believe that exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand, and my clients benefit from a well-rounded and realistic approach to health.
